Zaheer's ideology would work for like 5 seconds until people realise strength comes in numbers and governments will just naturally form again. You're free until criminals are forming gangs, looting and raiding like bandits. Then you'd wish there was a certain leadership that would protect you. You're free until you find food hard to mange. You set certain tasks for certain people because doing everything at once is hard and when one person is managing all those people, boom we're back to governments. Anarchism would never work

Zaheer didn’t crave power he craved freedom, even if it meant bathing the world in chaos. To him, kings, borders, even the Avatar were cages. He believed only through destruction could the world be reborn, wild and unchained. A villain, maybe but a visionary in the void. I was completely on Zaheer's side and i believe in Anarchy and Fatalism 🖤🌫️
