@airicanoterica: Even though I don’t normally see the best tips on Sundays, they are usually super chill and everyone is laid back. Tonight was no different. When newbies ask me how I’m so good at serving, I tell them it’s because I don’t have a customer service persona. What you see is what you get. I mess up, EVERYONE does and if your table is upset with you for messing up, even after you’ve owned up to it and made it right, that says way more about them than it does about you. I like my guests to feel like they are at my kitchen table and I’m personally responsible for their experience.
