Frontman Adam Gontier dedicated the song “I Hate Everything About You” saying: “When we released this song, it didn’t go to number 1 because there was a band we could not knock out of that position. You wanna know who that was? It was Linkin Park with the song ‘Numb.’ So in honor of Chester and Linkin Park, I wanna dedicate the song to him.
