@the.tiser: A van has careered off the Sturt Highway and smashed into a tree at Nuriootpa, with warnings of traffic restrictions on the busy corridor. Emergency services are at the scene of a serious crash on the Sturt Highway at Nuriootpa, north of Adelaide. The alarm was raised just after 6.30am on Monday with reports a vehicle had left the road and slammed into a tree about 2.5km south of Nuriootpa.
