@wild.benjamin: Pre-pandemic I was a yoga teacher + meditation guide on a tv show that was pitched to me as a "docu-series..." At 28 y/o I was deeply absorbed into my practices of Yoga & Vedic philosophy studies and doing every class and yogic practice I could get my hands on + teaching nonstop. To share those practices felt like the universe opening up to do something big- which it was, but it wasn't what I thought.. I got to Costa Rica ready to guide folks through practices and hold space in ceremony etc.. but once the cameras started rolling--- all of the sudden there were these weirdly pressured scenarios and drama amongst the "retreat'ers" ... and then I realized I was locked in on a reality TV show for the next month in Costa Rica.. and shit hadn't even started to get weird yet! 🤣💪 #yogi #thelostresort #coach #realitytv #play #life #universe
