@smalltowninfluencer: I'm so glad I saw this recipe for French casserole pop up in my feed from @Diana Konfederat she didn't really post a recipe, just a video, so I'm going to put in what I used: 3 or four chicken breast sliced in half, so they are thin pieces I marinated those in about a half a cup of good season Italian dressing a couple tablespoons of A1 steak seasoning and some Cavender's greek seasoning you can use your favorite All Purpose seasoning a little bit of salt and pepper also. I marinated that for about 4 hours, place them in a better dish, and use my mandolin on the thickest setting to slice Yukon Gold potatoes she used russet and onions to cover the top I used about half of a large onion and about four medium-sized Yukon Gold season that layer also with your favorite All Purpose seasoning I used garlic salt and pepper next, I mixed 3/4 cup mayonnaise 3/4 cups sour cream and a couple tablespoons of milk and poured that over the top great one ball of fresh mozzarella place on top along with about a quarter to half cup of cheddar or cojak cheese bake in 350° oven covered for an hour, then uncover for 20 to 30 minutes and then broil for a few minutes. I let rest for about 10 minutes before slicing into it. top with fresh or dried parsley if you have it I can think of many variations to try, but I definitely will be making this again!! @Diana Konfederat #frenchcasserole #casserole #chickencasserole #familyrecipes
