A&W in Canada is a separate company to the US one. Dairy Queen do a pretty good burger too. McDonald’s pattys taste like meaty bread.

Little tip about cheese. Even if it’s labelled lactose free, it’s not as that’s impossible to remove it. The manufacturer has added lactase to it. If you’re extremely sensitive like me, it doesn’t help. I still take 4 pills and feel it!
