I pretend im on an interactive Disney ride and its shaking as part of the ride. I probably look insane smiling. I literally laugh and pretend its a ride while my husband loses his mind almost in tears hahahahaha. I always jokingly put my hands halfway up and smile at him, he does NOT understand how I think its fun!! But I also graduated flight school and got hired as a flight attendant right out of college, so ive always loved flying.

I use Zofran. It helps with the wanting to throw up feeling and it makes me sleepy. I hate flying but have to do it to see my family back east

Hang a necklace from the tray in front of you. The plane is only shaking as much as the necklace. It only feels like more. 😘 I took a fear of flying clinic and this tip was very useful to me.
