Comment on shortage of patches..Due to poor quality patches had bleed 1st time in nearly 10yrs, advised to stop HRT to investigate. I was thriving on the good quality patch.. I've had 6 months of hell trying to get back to some kind of normal just to told again, shortage of patches Again. It's crazy in this day and age shortages are an issue

I'm due to start hrt next week but I'm worried about my gut health as I have problem bowl movements & I know this can stop hormones working properly. I eat lots of fibre but still not regular

Has anyone found they have had less athritic aching on HRT or is it the same!? considering it for this but have a regular cycle still?

I took it for 6 months, didn’t help, some things got worse especially skin itching at night. I had to stop taking it. Since then I’ve really focussed on diet, exercise , and lifestyle changes and this has worked a lot better. Not perfect, but improved.

I wear a 100 patch and a 50 patch along with progesterone cream - no night sweats now .. Night sweats may be insulin issues / cortisol issues

hrt has done nothing for my low moods various doses over 3 yrs and still crying and having panic attacks daily .

hi, probably a stupid question but should I be asking for testosterone along with oestrogel and progestrone tablets? I need my mojo back and have been told that testosterone helps with libido and energy levels. im tired of being constantly tired!
