as a wig stylist who specializes in helmets, i always ask my clients first if they want a tight fit (braids) or a loose fit (your way of prepping) i understand as a first time wearing a helmet wig, you wouldnt be knowledgeable of this but it should be koolia's standard to always inform their clients how to prep their base in the first place 22 inches is standard for women but your hair was not taken into account by the wigmaker i wish you would try wearing her again but try a dutchbraid and see what happens! if it still doesnt fit, it should be koolia's responsibility to refund you bc she didnt ask for more measurements ☹️

The way they didn’t even build wefts for the nape/past the hairline for a HELMET wig :/ don’t listen to anyone saying you measured or wore the wigcap wrong, I am so sorry this happened.

Wigs falling apart a bit during shipping is normal and they often need a little touch up, but the other issues like the wig not fitting and no glue like promised is weird

The whole truth is that the founder of the brand was kicked out of the team, even though she was the one handling orders. She founded this brand, came up with all the designs, and you might have seen her face in old videos. She's my friend, and this is the sad truth, it turns out. That's why there's nothing good left of Koolia Wig now🥲

Head sizes and shapes can be so vastly different, knowing the circumference is not enough. She actually would have needed a lot more measurements in order to make sure the wig fits you correctly. 😬 The weird thing is, she even sent you a picture of the different measurements she should have asked for! 🤦♀️Sorry this happened to you! Especially because it’s your first time commissioning! 🙈

awhile ago, i commissioned her koolia for a furina wig, while she did do her work super quickly, i feel like it was lacking in quality... im not sure if its a universal thing for wefts to be glued messily... but the back piece was extremely heavy and knly held on with a couple things of wire. idk... i haven't commissioned very many wigs so idk what the quality is expected .. i paid around 1k for this...
