For those confused. Here’s the key word on how she lost sm. a huge amount of WEIGHT!! Weight is a mix of water and muscle and barely fat. She cannot loose that much fat in a month and thus even though the diet was labeled as healthy. Weight loss vs fat loss is very different. Weight will be gained back very quickly in a yo yo affect

I’m not sorry but 14kg is EXTREMELY dangerous. It puts a lot of stress on the body, max should be 1kg a week (~4kg a month)
