Israel wants Syria to have a civil war and doesn't car about casualties. Israel mere Idea of existence means weak and divided neighbors. The state is so abnormal and not belonging to the point it perceives everyone as a threat. They'll support Druze outside their borders but not really. They'll make sure the conflicts are on forever
