to him playing a tournament is just a job, he gets it done and then goes home to his family, and his family is more important than his job. Winning is just a bonus, but he mentioned about not gaining anything from inspiring, that should be key to him at the level he plays, inspiring young players, how can you not get fulfilment from that.
