Once I shifted my mindset, everything changed. • When I opened Sand in 2022, I had lost everything. I started with barely any money, just a few amazing girls who believed in me, and a whole lot of grit. I never let myself get comfortable. I kept learning, kept pushing, and didn’t stop moving forward. • I fail constantly — but I take big risks. For every 10 things that don’t work, 1 does. But that one win always pushes me forward. I don’t play it safe — and I wouldn’t be where I am if I did. • I lead by example. I stay true to myself and never ask anyone to do what I wouldn’t.
