Simplify my diet short-term Not restrict everything-just remove the top inflammatory triggers (like seed oils, gluten, dairy, excess caffeine, alcohol, processed sugars, and emulsifiers). I’d eat targeted whole foods, cooked veggies, quality proteins, and healing bone broths to reduce stress on my gut lining. 🧬 4. Support stomach acid + bile flow IBS often starts with poor digestion upstream. I’d use digestive bitters, HCl, or enzymes to support proper breakdown and absorption, rather than masking symptoms with antacids or laxatives. 💩 5. Focus on function, not just flare-ups I’d ask: Why is my gut reacting this way? And I’d build a long-term plan to restore healthy motility, rebuild the gut lining, and reintroduce foods from a place of resilience-not restriction.
