can you tell my seller thats known about HOA violations for 2 years and waited until after we'd paid out of pocket for an inspection, a survey, and an appraisal to let us know, to just pay for it so the HOA will sign on my closing?? we've been just sitting around waiting to close on this house for 5 months 😭😭 talk about losing excitement

I was the first showing the first day the house went on market. I offered asking and a 24 hour response. They accepted the next day, still held the open house the following day and had a bid war on backup offers. I closed last week at asking price. 😍
