@whitedragonblacktiger: I had (sometimes have) knee pain on my left side. The left leg is weaker and visibly smaller. Because I ve had knee pain for quite long my body started using less muscles in the left leg. It’s called Inhibition. Your body wants to save you from feeling pain and therefore use less the area. But that’s a vicious cycle. The less active your muscles on the leg, the weaker it gets. The weaker it gets, the more painful it will become. Solutions? Is to strengthen the painful knee leg. Working under tolerance to pain and having adequate load. These are my go to exercises at this moment. My knee been feeling sore again, because I went from sprinting 1 time a week to 2 times. #hipflexors #kneepain #yoga #calisthenics #fyp
