I really don’t think that it was weird that Gavin didn’t invite Lola, Chris, or Jenny to his wedding. Like yes they work together but if you’re not really friends, you wouldn’t invite them to your wedding. And just because Jenny made him famous doesnt mean that he is particularly close enough to invite her to his wedding. Plus it’s also possible that Gavin’s wife also didn’t really want them there because she isn’t very close with them

People (me included sometimes) get so caught up on the characters stories that we forget it’s a JOB to them they don’t have to like each other in a personal level, I talk and I am nice to my coworkers but I don’t invite them to my parties, I mean in a perfect world we are all friends but in real life everyone have their own preferences, to me that shows that they are good at what they do because I believe what I see in the screen

I feel like at the end of the day, people need to understand they are just co-workers. At the end of the day they are just showing up to do their job. You can chat here and there with them but it doesn’t mean you have to be friends with all the time. Like why is that concept so hard to understand?

It's pretty obvious that all their dynamic changed after the wedding! Not only with Lola but with Chris and Sean also. He seemed to be inseparable from Chris and it's visible now that is gone! The moment that girl had the ring on her finger, said "i don't want any of these people at our wedding"! You know the type,quiet but lethal! I mean it's there for people to see lol! But in general when someone your age marries,you can't be playful or have certain conversations,it's a whole different vibe forever.

Respectfully, if you think about it for S1 promo all had off-screen chemistry (more Lola and Chris), for S2 promo more off-screen chem with Lola and Gavin. Producers reached their goal: thoroughly invested audience! We know how love triangles play out, we knew how the love triangle was going to end from the start itself. Now S3 is the last ever series, the actors are no longer tied to the series and the producers don’t need lots of off screen chem in promo bc the series is one of the most viewed series on Prime!
