The typical Starbucks drink has 300-600 calories depending on the size. That’s a meal’s worth of calories that you’re drinking every morning. That’s like an entire extra day of eating by the end of the week! (2100-4200 calories of coffee every week) By simply cutting this out or replacing it with a low calorie option, you are literally shaving pounds off your body. Soooo, think about it like this, is that 600 calorie worth you feeling uncomfortable in your swim suit??? Probably not.
