An operational ATV shouldn't need the battery charged routinely. It should only needed the battery charge if it has been sitting for months or if there's something drawing it down.

The dealer is a total con artist, out of business and being sued.

Charging the battery is on the OWNER. Not the dealer.

If it’s new and not charging the battery, then it is a warranty issue

u shouldnt need to keep it on a battery charger. u sold him a quad with either a bad battery. or a bad charging system. i have 2001 sportsman 500 ho. never kept on a battery tender.and sometimes it dosent get used for months. always starts right up.

I had a customer that did this a while ago. I installed a tankless water heater for them and gave them an option a and b which option A included the cleaning and servicing it for 5 years an option B was just installed and let them do it and they chose option B, but then three years later they had an issue where it built up that much sediment because of their hard water that it stopped working correctly and they wanted to blame us and tried getting law-enforcement involved to argue with us and lawyers and even in court, the case got dismissed because we gave them the options and they chose to save a book and do it themselves, but didn’t and all they wanted to do is play the race card

The amount of people siding with the customer blows my mind. Take a little personal responsibility.

Always do research before a big purchase. Massimo is a Texas based company and is a cheap alternative to higher end brands. But it is also known for defects and issues getting parts. Always read the fine print for repairs and maintenence. I've been burned by fine print for repairs myself. Plus if he is going on social media trying to hurt the business. Im sure its more to the story and we all just see one side or the other.

If a dealer sells something, they should take on the task to make sure the product gets covered under manufacturer warranty.
