I eat nothing but plant's. 90+% of which is raw, and then I add in minimally processed plant's(cooked-legumes, potatoes, grains. spaghetti, chili, bean burgers, tacos, pizza..ect) to make up calories and have never supplemented anything even cobalamin for over 43+ years of my over 55. I am less than 10% body fat's and I bench press 6 plates(315lbs), my biomarkers are also in optimum ranges, far better than anyone who consumes animal's product's and even alot if not most vegans even.✌️
