The thing is that I’m not scared of anything happening. I’m don’t think I’m gonna die, I don’t think I’m gonna go nuts… I’m scared of the panic attack! That’s why 4 therapies didn’t work cause I’m not scared of anything. I’m scared of the attack it self

Yes! What we tell ourselves matters. It’s like saying, “I’m anxious to go on vacation” when what you might mean is you’re “eager”. I’m trying to drop the negative words.

I had them for years and couldn’t understand what was going on as back then (30 years ago) there wasn’t much awareness around this. I’m 54 now and medication, awareness and acceptance has helped me, I rarely have them these days ❤️

But what if the next one will actually be something serious cause I tend to faint or be close to fainting and feel like I’m one be able to call for help if it’s something serious. People with medical issues should not think everything is a panic attack and be more cautious.

I've always suffered panic attacks since I was 10 , then ocd in terrible negative thoughts and derealization I've had it all .. I've made my self get over these now its when my partner and daughter are going away i get too anxious and derealization really bad like im going to go mad and there going for 10 days ! I got this every year the thought of being on my own panics me beyond belief... what should I do ? thanks

I donno if i started doing this i think i did but I'm not sure what my attacks were although there was very similar symptoms however i stopped taking pills for them when they got bad and stopped taking the natural stuff too i was taking for them and my "attacks" are very seldom if at all now and last only a couple hours or maybe an hour tops so whatever that means

Iv been getting anxiety/panic attack almost everyday ( i still dont knownif its anxiety or panic disorder ) but i notice tgat it happens when im in a car or anywhere. Its hard to live with it because it kinda pulls you away from the things you wanted to do ⬇️

Everyone I need serious help so it’s a long story but I have these harmless heart palpitations that come and go and last only seconds and have no pain nothing but one time I had one and it went away yes but I started overthinking it and I started thinking should I worry about this and then I started searching up things on it I started overthinking it and 2 days later I had another harmless one but I freaked out and thought I was having a heart attack I got rushed to the er they did my ekg it told me no heart attack and I was fine then they took me to the hospital bed and did a urine sample it came out good and a x ray of my chest lungs and heart it all came out good and they did a deep blood work test everything came out good

I’ve been having chest pains and been to the doctors and they said wverythings fine with my chest but these chest pains are always there even when I’m not anxious, and it makes me go into a straight panic sometimes

Yesterday on TikTok I wrote this comment to someone: "I still suffer from anxiety, but I guess I finally fixed my panic attacks. If you get a panic attack, sit down, close your eyes and just ignore the heartbeat you get. If you think that the panic can get worse It, dont worry, the nervous system automaticly activates parasympathetic after you got adrenaline. Parasympathetic reduces your heartrate, stress and anxiety to calm you down. After a few seconds, you will be fine."
