Look for spagyric (double or triple) extracts. Avoid powders as they often have a lot of mycelium in it and there are no significant studies with benefits of mycelium, all studies done on individual mushrooms are the fruiting bodies. Try and find locally or us grown mushrooms. I use feral fungi.
