1000% !! I am currently looking for a new job because my current job is exactly what you've just described. Rhetorically, Why is it some people can say "I don't want to" and end up not having to? I am so sick of doing the job of three people on top of, redoing the work of others. Not to mention I work 6 days a week, 50 hours a week..it's so enraging. I am exhausted and drained mentally and emotionally. Been time to move on. thanks for allowing me to vent.
