married 11 years and together 13 years.. This has been the hardest year of my life..she had been refusing to get help and of course I found out she had a distraction online to get validation from recently. She now says she blocked this person and willing to get attachment healing. We are taking space regardless shes the DA and im Anxious. Im getting therapy as well but im wondering how genuine she is with having getting caught and me going to my sister's she's now just having a change of heart?

You literally just explained my last relationship and I waited and waited for that person that I saw in the beginning. Once I realized that apart of being avoidant he was a compulsive liar and serial cheater I left. I’m so glad to be free of this horrible toxic cycle!
