I’ve always said this to family members and schools anything such as that I don’t like my son to be filmed or put out to the public unless it’s by me with his permission and I’ve always been told that that’s so wrong when in my gut and as a mother I don’t feel it’s right for him to be publicly formatted, especially at such a young age for these reasons and others.

I’ve been thinking about this lately. Learning the difference between witnessing something or someone’s beauty versus capturing it. I used to take lots of photos of animals,sunsets,mushrooms.. anything I perceived as beautiful. I would post it to my Facebook of course and I got the feeling a lot of ppl hating. Like not seeing the beauty I did and they we’re basically hating. Then I started thinking I’m the one who’s witnessing the beauty and why would I capture it just to show ungrateful people? Plus I don’t want to “capture” anything. I stopped taking photos of myself some years ago. Not initially for this reason but it evolved into this reason. Seriously I started wondering if other cultures might be on to something about pictures. Like maybe it’s a way of keeping us fragmented yah know? Like we lose little pieces of ourselves when we do.. idk I’m not totally for sure but I’m following my gut. Regardless the world is just fine without more pictures of me.

Oh we talk about all of this with our kids. Including auras, energy vampires, concent with video and photo in addition to body concent. We also talk about not imposing religion on each other.
