Def a dolphin with an injured dorsal fin from a boat. This is exactly their behavior when they are feeding at sunset and very common to see during that time in Naples. A croc or sailfish would never move that way. Google it and you’ll see it’s identical

That's not a sail fish or a croc. I don't even think it's an animal at all. look at the front when it comes up, it's blunt and kinda squared off. If it was a croc tail, it would have to be the very end and we would definitely see more than that.

About 3 years ago I went swimming with a friend at the same beach. He had gotten out and was walking back in when he said get out of the water, I was neck deep and he said get out im not playing. There was a family beside where we had set up they saw it too but refused to acknowledge it because there kids were playing on the shore and instead insisted it was a dolphin. To this day it might be the closest beach but I refuse to swim in it.

It comes up around 12pm everyday at the same spot in Naples beach, someone told me it was a manatee but my gut was telling me it’s not.. it does have a long tail like a crocodile. I also have a video of it on my phone but it’s not good footage either

Sail fish 100% certain with its sail slit from fishing lines.! Someone caught and released it. However, their sail can very easily get cut. I have seen them in Key Largo for over 30 years!
