I put in my TOS that they get up to 10 revision during the sketch phase, once they approve I will only fix major mistakes like wrong colors or odd proportion

With the revision fee, is it any revisions that count towards the fee? I recently had a client who wanted me to draw a character with a very specific hair style and we were just on entirely different wavelengths about what that meant and I got stuck in revision hell because of it. I’m not sure if I should have charged the extra fee though because some of it was on me (just misunderstanding) and most were very small, but it still slowed the process down heaps because of time zone difference (there was often a day between replies)

im probably blessed by my customers bc they tip me, they let me have artistic freedom, and they never need anything changed🙏 and in the end they're satisfied (as far as i know)
