As a special ed teacher, there are many faculty meetings that have nothing to do with special education… Especially the ones in the beginning of the school year.

Last school year, we had 8 days of planning, and 7+ were used for meetings. We had less than 1 day to work in classrooms, so we had to come on weekends. Sooo, last year was my last year of teaching. I have switched careers. There’s NO respect for teachers anymore 😞
