@withlaurenrussell: There’s so much that is left out, but these are the bones of my evolution. From ages 13-19 I genuinely didn’t see a path forward in my life and I didn’t want to. I didn’t care about living. Somatic work truly saved my life. It showed me my power. It helped me heal. I have the deepest of reverence for this work because of how it has effected me and so many other people.
