If I don’t feel like a productive conversation will be had then I’ll stay silent because I’m not gonna distract my peace trying to convince someone how they did me wrong and they’re not even willing to see what they did in the first place. I personally welcome people lmk if I did something, it’s a way to grow.

I send the a calm voice note of how I feel and address it that way. Then depending on the situation cut them off if necessary. I don’t go back and forth with people. I state my peace and then exit lol

I stopped sending the paragraph years ago with an ex who only wanted to text. If they can’t communicate like an adult, it’s probably best to move on. (Talking to myself too haha)

I do think people deserve a paragraph. Doesn’t have to be a conversation but they deserve to know how they made you feel. Because sooner or later I think they’ll understand not to treat someone else that way too
