When I was in the Corps it was 18% BF 19% if first class. Well I trained and trained score 280 and above everytime. Still was at 20% I was in shape and was a 4.8-4.5 Marine 4.5 due to popping tape. Sorry there are ppl out there who are larger and cannot get to 19% bf but scored high on the PFT. Sorry dude get bent. So glad I went Army where they understand as a male ages tests levels go down and burning fat is harder while in Army I still scored high on the APFT and ACFT.

Like the Soldier creed phrase" I am disciplined, physically and mentally tough, trained and proficient in my warrior tasks and drills. Tougher for Meso types but proper discipline to be physically and mentally tough is your responsibility. But my leaders??? But, what are YOU doing? Leaders cannot live your life for you💯
