They charged us for pickup so I told them get dumpster out of yard and we will transport the plastic ourselves to the recycling center.

They quit servicing stearns county, was free service for 1 pickup and after that you had to pay every time. And they came once a year

It has been at year since they have been in our area. Large dairy next door has given up on them just sends plastic to the land fill

A few years ago we quit using plastic and requested empty and remove the dumpster. Driver pulled in and saw it was only half full, said he wasn’t taking half full dumpster and left. (Was a real prick) It’s still sitting there half full in mint condition. Tempted to burn what’s in it and torch the dumpster for scrap. “Free service” that cost us usable space

we used to have the problem with the automated phone system so we just pressed to talk to a person. solved the problem fine. the app sounds kinda nice as long as it works
