This is so true every where emergency rooms are aweful hospital in network but Dr are not. Ins should not be this complicated for anyone ever!

my son split his foot open & we drove to the ER bc it was a Saturday & we were out of town. little did we know the ER was also a clinic & billed their work based on how they deemed the criticalness. everything was based as a clinic visit therefore none of it was covered bc it wasn't billed as a ER visit & we were out of our network of coverage.
