oofda. investment property has gotten tight. We bought a single 4plex 15yrs ago. At the time the cash flow was about $200/door. Its now $600/ door. In 5yrs it will paid off and that jumps to $950/door. Almost $4k /mo in income going into retirement. Not bad for a single property
