@bburbank_photography: PNW Trip Day 5 We woke up super early to see golden hour at Cannon Beach! We wandered around and ended up finding the classic view of haystack rock you’ll typically see on social media. We found some really cool shells and decided to take them home! We headed over to Pig n Pancake and got breakfast and found our new favorite breakfast place! Then we stopped at some tourist shops and got some post cards and a sweater! I really miss this place a lot. Then we went over to Ecola State park and saw the scenes that were shot in The Goonies movie! We ended up having a really good conversation with this other photographer about film and was cool seeing his perspective on it! When we finished we found a good spot to see Tillimook Lighthouse! Then we headed over to the Tillimook Cheese Factory and saw how they make and package their cheese! We sampled some of their cheese and I highly recommend trying! Before we left, we tried some of their ice cream and tried the Oregon strawberry flavor! We both have been obsessed with it ever since! Then we went over to Cape Meares Lighthouse and got to take in the beauty of it all! When they opened for tours, we did one and I couldn’t tell you how excited I was to finally see the inside of a lighthouse in person! We then headed over to the Cape Kawanda and started my journey up the gigantic sand dune! I picked a bad day to go up cause the wind was so intense. It was gross because all the sand was flying into my mouth and felt like I was eating the whole time. I made the journey down and decided to stop at the hotel and grab dinner! I’ll post my day 5 vlog early next week! #oregon #pnw #capemeares #cannonbeach #ecolastatepark
