In confused sometimes what makes someone a true American citizen? For what i have learned is Loves the country and its democratic ideals. Honors the Constitution and supports the rule of law. Understands and respects the founding principles: liberty, individual rights, checks and balances, freedom of speech, etc.

Fired because of being transgender... Marketplace policy won't cover any dysphoria procedures, yet it's mandated to not discriminate, but no one will hold them to it .. Doctor's turned me away because they weren't sure about how to deal with me .. "Treat me like any human you see DAILY"..... DC does absolutely nothing, offers no protections, allows states to legelslate against me and won't even follow through on the insurance they provide... I bet election time we get a mention though, but after it's over we get silence

There’s nothing you can say. You already took the uniform off the backs of my sisters and brothers. You dishonored the one I wore. This country doesn’t stand tall anymore—it’s a disgrace to what it was, to what it should’ve been, and to what it can never be now. So no, I didn’t care to hear it. “We respect our transgender soldiers” means nothing when the harm’s already been done. Even if it was McBride saying it—I still don’t care. Words don’t fix betrayal.
