My kids are a lot older and it gets better. I’m sorry it’s so stressful now. But my kids go and make their own food now, help with keeping the house clean and still fight but understand more when I talk to them about it.

how old are your kids? and how many? make one meal and sit down to eat at the same time. everyone eats the same food. set boundaries about your plate. I have 2 kids.

I promise I am at a point where the kids can now make their own food shower and entertain them myself i will be get better but make sure you are raising adults not children that will stay children
