@soflofooodie: 💚 DUBAI CHOCOLATE BROWNIES 🍫 1/2 cup softened salted butter 2 eggs room temp 3/4 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup granulated sugar 1 tsp vanilla 1/3 cup cocoa powder 1/2 cup all purpose flour 1/2 tsp baking powder (do not use if you want fudgier brownies) 1 cup pistachio spread 1 1/2 cups toasted kataifi 7 oz melted chocolate Preheat oven to 350F. Line a 9x9 pan with parchment paper and set aside. In a large bowl beat together butter & sugars until combined. Add the eggs and vanilla and beat again. Fold in the dry ingredients until just combined. Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes (if using baking powder check it around 12 minutes) or until a toothpick comes out with just a few crumbs. Allow to cool completely. In a small bowl, combine the pistachio spread and toasted kataifi then spread it on top of the cooled brownies. Top with the melted chocolate and put it in the fridge for 15 minutes to allow the chocolate to harden. Cut, serve and enjoy! *The batch shown in the video was using baking powder since I was recipe testing.
