I hate tracking, so I meal prep similar things every week and freeze a portion or two so I can eat "freely" without having to think. Each meal is roughly the same calories, a couple hundred below my deficit, so my snack or dessert gets me to my target (and even if I go over 1 or 2 days I'm still where I want to be for the week).

I got tired after 2 weeks 😭 cuz I can't cook my own food in my kitchen so my options or what to eat are even limited. And I feel like I have to keep eating the same food... Its hard to come up with something new what I can take to work with myself (to eat in work later)

These diet breaks only help because I took one while on vacation and didn’t flavin any weight yet felt so ready to conquer the deficit again as soon as I got back. I was excited for it!
