i managed to do it on mobile, its tough sure, you just need to do dodge, attack and switch parry just really really fast

As someone who uses this counter i can confirm that yes you are doing it right you are able to keep using jane and right when the cross shows up then you switch to seth. It will cause him to counter. Then after his counter you want to basic attack which will let you quick assist into jane giving her the sheild buff
