As a PT who used to work in this kind of clinic and has now moved on to a model where I see my clients 1:1, this gave me the ick. You should ALWAYS be given good guidance on what exercises you're doing, if you're doing them correctly, and what they should feel like. It's disappointing to me that we're still out here giving suboptimal care. I'm sorry you're feeling this way with your PT. 😫

I remember them having me lay with my leg on the elevated part of the bed with the ice thing on bc they got so worried abt the random amount of swelling after they forced it to bend 😂😂
