I appreciate what Scott Galloway has been saying about this. Young boys are feeling like they've been left behind. Similarly, modern life and the loss of 3rd places have robbed men the arena to demonstrate excellence to attract a woman. It's why these old divorced losers have an audience, sadly. Because there are some real concerns that society hasn't contended with yet.

You hit the nail on the head. Therapy, the answer is therapy. We all come to a point in life when we realize we need to be better people, we need to take accountability for our actions. Be kind to yourselves and go to therapy.

Honestly, it wasn’t until my mid 30’s when I finally asked myself “what am I doing to make myself a better partner?” Instead of “why don’t more women like me?”. I’ve been pretty happily single since then, I’m not ready for that self work yet.
