no one in the NCAA or CSC is restricting anything. if a legit company hires an athlete they can pay them whatever. that actually applied to maybe 5 athletes last year. the rest is pay for play from pyramid collectives. that part should be stopped

That strength and conditioning coach has market value also. He could be the best at his position. He also has at least a 4 year degree and hours of experience, that kid catches a ball.

Jay, no one is capping anything at $20 million. if an athlete has real NIL value, they can be hired for any amount. last year that might be 5 athletes. they get money and they can get more based on their value

If you are making money in the NIL you shouldn’t be on a scholarship. Colleges could give that scholarship money to kids who could use it.

If you are getting paid you should be under contract and should have to stay at that school for all 4 years of eligibility. The portal with the NIL is a hot mess. Has to be capped!!!
