The $250 is good pay for you — not for a driver or an owner-operator. You’re sitting in a cold office, close to your family, with clean clothes. You don’t have to pay for insurance or cover all the expenses that drivers or owner-operators have to pay.

These things happen in trucking but when he said 150 for layover it is not right amount it’s $250 standard. I remember I had to hold my truck for weekends broker paid 500 for Saturday and Sunday. Which is fair

Do you use any specific tools that help you with dispatching? I don't mean DAT, TruckStop or Google Maps. Something like Load Connect that can show your average fuel and tolls cost on the lane? Or do you simply rely on the basics?
