From what I’ve observed, there is a lack of real oversight from Lord (at least in this movie). The JG seem like they decide when and where to offer their services, with Lord serving as their payroll and sponsor. When they initially turn Lois down, they simply didn’t want to, not because of who they work for. Also, why waste your own money on tech when someone is willing to do that for you.

notice how in the peacemaker trailer during the interview scene he is the one person whose not there. I feel like we will either in that show or another project show Mr terrific leaving and forming the terrifics that will act as a rival hero team . maybe with some kind of justice gang vs terrifics film
