He is NOT confined to the basement!!!!!! I’ve been taken out because he was on the balcony overlooking the two doors of entry. I’ve also been taken out from him wrapping the balcony and looking into the living room via a hole he made. I repeat, HE IS NOT CONFINED TO THE BASEMENT!

My first time playing this level, this man was behind a bookshelf in the top tier of the house. I played it on hard, and he #1 shotted me as soon as I turned around the corner of the bookshelf.

That actually happened to my friend and I yesterday. I’m playing everything with my friend for the first time and after we cleared the first room I pushed up and heard my friend get blasted behind me cause apparently he just slides right through barbed wire.
