being " clumsy" my whole life apparently it was Hypermoble ehlers danlos syndrome and POTS also ive always just though I was super flexible turns out it was also HEDS 😅

I dead legged myself sitting in a recliner working on my laptop. Inflammation on my peroneal nerve caused foot drop. Couldn’t feel a thing. Canker sores. Pruritus.

I have this mark on my arm. That’s probably as big as a baseball that used to always turn bright red. My face has always been bright red as well when I’m hot. I didn’t know these things were related and the small bumps that I get all over my skin that look kind of like blisters. I always just thought oh maybe I’m allergic to something around me but as always, you continue and continue and continue thank you for posting this.
