Well my husband was 20 min early today to an ultrasound appointment. After an hour and a half he asked why and the receptionist laughed at him and told him he was next. Then he was seen 2.5 hours after his appointment and the receptionists kept laughing at him. He didn’t lef bc he already paid the cooay for the visit. Pero como nada pasa y no las botan del trabajo todo sigue como esta en Miami.

When I lived in Miami I was always on Cuban time. Once I moved up north I learned real quick it’s real time. They canceled my appt after 10 min late. If your office is running on time the patients should be on time. You guys waiving 30 min late is way too generous .

I work in an audiology office where most patients are 75-80 years old and the disrespect is CRAZYYYYYY I got told thank god trump is president so that he can get rid of my job 🤣😭😭

Ah, Miami—where lunch breaks are just a suggestion. I own a management company, and we had a similar situation. The only difference? Ours happened right in the middle of our lunch hour from 12 to 1 PM. This lady rolls in like a hurricane, demanding immediate service and completely hijacks our break. Apparently, hunger pains don’t stand a chance against entitlement! 🤣🤯

Works both ways, Entitled offices too. I always get to all my appointments early and wait for hours. It’s sucks when you have 100 things to do and there is no respect for your time. So I personally like your policy.

its not just miami, its the new normal everywhere... i had a pt tell me to ask the surgeon how much longer he was gonna take operating the pt before him cause he was too hungry and wanted to eat 😳
