@maxeuceda7: A low narrow stance is not always the best option on the leg press if your goal is to work the quads. That’s because if our primary goal is just to achieve maximal knee flexion, we can do so in a much more comfortable position with a wider stance. This allows the hips to open up more freely as well as the ankles to undergo less flexion, which makes it significantly easier to flex the knee as far back as possible without risking movement of the lumbar spine. #Fitness #gym #workout #exercise #training
